We
prefer to demonstrate relevant evidence of our abilities since
this position is inline with and maintain the integrity of
selection techniques that we are promoting in our wider work
and materials.
In the
context of diversity management we wish to be selected on
our "objective" merits alone and do not accept that
listing high profile clients will in any way demonstrate our
ability to do the job at hand.
= We are
willing to provide "evidence" of our ability to
do the job in question to any prospective client on reasonable
demand at the point of sale after any appropriate negotiations
between us is complete.
= We will provide such
"evidence" quoting a maximum of 3 previous clients
who most closely match the industry within which the prospective
client operates.
= Such "evidence"
will be collected in an open and transparent manner;- The prospect
will only communicate with past client(s) in writing, seeking
only evidence designed to demonstrate our ability to do the
job in question.
= All communication between
our past and prospective clients will be open and available
to us prior to any final decision to contract with us.
We understand that this
policy may seem unusual to some though it is not unique and
we accept from experience that any prospective client who desire
to work with us in "good faith" will not have any
difficulty with this policy.
